At GradelyGems, we take pride in offering high-quality gemstones. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Please note that slight variations in color, size, or texture are natural characteristics of gemstones and not considered defects.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
