  • Orders below 2 kg: Processing time is 1–3 business days

  • Orders between 2 kg to 10 kg: Processing time is 3–5 business days

  • Orders above 10 kg: Processing time may take up to 7–10 business days

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:

  • USA: Typically 12–15 business days after dispatch

  • Other countries: Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days

Please note that deliveries to certain countries such as Canada, Italy, France, Japan, and Mexico may take longer than usual due to customs or local postal delays.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays, which are beyond our control.
